Donna has in excess of nine years’ experience working across various Procurement Roles in the Construction industry having worked on Civil Engineering, Bulk Earthworks, Major Metropolitan Upgrades and Major Infrastructure style projects within the building, mining, infrastructure and oil & gas sectors.
For the past 18 months Donna has driven Laing O’Rourke’s diverse supply chain engagement through procurement, creating Innovative strategies to be a market differentiator. Donna is a nationally recognised procurement expert with a strong passion for Social Procurement having created a national social procurement framework for Laing O’Rourke.
Donna was the recipient of the 2018 Supply Nation Procurement Professional of the year award in recognition of driving supplier diversity and capacity building with Indigenous businesses. Donna was also awarded the Social Traders 2018 Social Procurement Advocate of the Year for her work in developing a social procurement framework and engagement with Social Enterprises.
Donna is also the National Association for Women In Construction (NAWIC) NSW Education Committee Co-Chair continually advocating for women in construction and diversity balance within the industry.
