With over 17 years of professional experience in the welfare sector, Belinda’s knowledge, dedication and expertise is second to none. An experienced manager, Belinda has a depth of understanding of strategic planning and management of multi-disciplinary teams.
Belinda has worked within state government legislative guidelines and has a comprehensive understanding of government operations, policies and practices, at both state and Commonwealth levels. Over the past 17 years, Belinda has held the positions of Aboriginal Consultant / trainer, Operations Manager, Chairperson of the National Cultural Respect Steering Committee, Manager-Casework/Aboriginal Programs and Support, Aboriginal team Leader, Caseworker and Care Coordinator. Belinda provides high quality Aboriginal Consultation, Project Management and Training Services to Government, Non-Government and Private organisations within the welfare, community and health sectors.
